All contractors hired by CityScope Net must follow these requirements:
- Must speak English.
- Must be a citizen of the United States, legal permanent resident alien, or an alien with a pending application for legal permanent residence status.
- Must have a sales tax permit if based in Texas or a business license in their State.
- Will submit all federally required forms for federal income tax purposes.
- Will be responsible for their own tools, expenses and taxes.
